Recruiting the right people is essential for any business and it's important to attract candidates that demonstrate the skills, values and behaviors that your business demands.

I can work with you to plan future resource demands, advising on potential opportunities to either outsource or recruit where appropriate. 

I can assist with the development of job descriptions and person specifications to help you demonstrate requirements and then co-ordinate application/C.V reviews, shortlisting and initial interviews to make sure that time is maximised with only the 'best fit' candidates.

My experience includes co-ordination and resource management of both permanent and contract colleagues covering multi-site projects and teams with emphasis on supply, demand and cost analysis.

In addition, I can offer advice and support in relation to colleague induction, support and ongoing learning & development.
